End Of Semester Letter

Dear Professor B,

Thank you for imparting upon me four memorable months of learning and exploring the wonderful world of Biology (BSC 1011).

I stayed committed to your course syllabus, attended all classes with no exceptions, and completed every single homework assignment, including all extra credits. In addition, I attended TA Tutoring Labs on a weekly basis, and made it my devoted duty to call upon you at least once a week to critically review my extensive study materials, clarify vague topic areas, and actively seek out your guidance and mentorship.

Ever since I entered college at the unseasoned age of 15, and as I venture into my 3rd year as a sophomore student, I continue to discern that the road ahead of me remains delectably challenging; but as you wisely stated, “it’s a marathon and not a sprint!” Consequently, I am excited that the lessons you imprinted upon me this semester has immensely encouraged my enthusiasm for the Sciences.

As always, thank you for your thoughtfulness, generosity, and especially for giving me that wonderful self-assurance from knowing that I was one of your more “Exceptionally Hard Working and Dedicated Students”.

Respectfully,

PS: I hope I can still retain the privilege of stopping by your office ever so often to keep you abreast of my academic progress and to continue to seek your invaluable mentorship.
