Closed Class

Dear Professor ...........

Is it possible for you to grant Alana S permission to register for your class?

The .... department said that only you can give her admittance to a closed class. My job schedule prevents me from transporting Alana to and from college outside of your class hours. She does not have a driver's license and will find it very difficult and burdensome to attend another class with a different time schedule.

I promise that she will be an exceptional student, and you will be very happy to have her as your student.
