- Once your an RN, find a job in a busy ICU, I recommend a busy surgical ICU. Take ACLS, PALS, and study for the CCRN exam You must have one year ICU experience to apply to CRNA school.
- Take the GRE and the CCRN exams (CCRN not required, but they like it).
- Apply, apply, apply- and don't get discouraged. I had 3 interviews, and was rejected by 5 schools before I was accepted.
